  • Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival are eligible for a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR a cash refund of eighty percent (80%).
  • Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be converted into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR no cash refund.
  • For peak season bookings: If you cancel anytime due to a majeure condition, you will be provided with twelve (12) months credit from the original arrival date OR no cash refund.
  • If guests would like to modify their date of stay (normal season maximum before 14 days arrival and high season maximum before 30 days arrival), please note that guests should follow the latest room rates according to the guest’s period of stay and subject to room availability.
  • Should you wish to have any event, kindly advise us in advance as permit and additional fee might be applied.
  • We provide daily cleaning 8 hours.
  • Maximum occupancy 6 pax for 3 Bedroom Private Villa. For extra person needs an extra bed at IDR 500,000/extra bed/night.
  • We start our check-in process at 2 pm and check-out at 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out will depend on the availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply. Check in and check out time must be confirmation one day before.
  • Room no smooking area. We will charge the penalty IDR 1,000,000, if you smooking indoor area.
  • Security deposite cash in IDR 1,500,000 (We will return upon guest check out, if the all good condition).
  • Please keep calm after 11 p.m.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • The total rental amount is payable for rentals beginning 30 days or less after the date of the booking request.
